I have worked with Steve for 2 years and my performance has improved immensely! The biggest achievement is running a 3:35 marathon at London with a previous time of 4:06 but I have made huge improvements across all distances.
Steve is patient, he adapts plans well to suit my busy life as mum and teacher! He has also worked with me through injuries and illness and seems to be acutely aware of my self confidence. He ensures my goals are achievable whilst encouraging me to be ambitious when I set them. The entire 360 coaching team and runners are supportive and fantastic to be around.

I’m not the easiest person to coach—I’m always asking for more, constantly messaging with questions, and pushing for extra sessions. But Mike never loses patience.
